Juice Detox Diet

Detoxification is the ongoing process that the body uses to cleanse itself of toxins.  However, eating processed foods on a daily basis gives the body more than it can handle to cleanse, therefore a juice detoxification diet is in order.  The juice detox diet includes water, fruits, vegetables to provide adequate nutrition while the colon and other body organs such as the kidney and liver detoxify.  This type of liquid diet is likely to produce more bowel movements to help the body release waste.  The benefits from the juice detox diet may include more energy, clearer thinking, relief from constipation and a small amount of weight loss. It is a great way to start a new and improved health routine.
