Helping the Liver with a Juice Detox

The liver is an organ and the largest gland in the body. It creates bile, detoxifies, and synthesizes and  metabolizes proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. An overload of toxins can slow down the abilities of the liver.  Toxins can enter the body through processed foods, cigarette smoke, and environmental substances.  The body exhibits this overload with symptoms such as chronic fatigue, constipation and other digestive issues, concentration problems, weight gain and more. When this happens, the liver is less likely to function properly in removing all toxins.  For this, a juice detox is very helpful. 

Following a short term diet of only fresh juices, gives the body nutrition to be healthy and build cells.  It also eases the digestive and metabolizing processes of the liver.  Natural detoxification then, is much better completed.  Results of a short term juice detox  for some people can be witnessed with increased energy, easier digestion and improved concentration.
