Juicing is Natural Body Cleansing

With the amount of processed foods and chemicals consumed on a daily basis it is important to regularly cleanse the body. This is best done in natural ways such as herbs, juicing, and fasting. It is called cleansing because these methods help the body clean itself and eliminate the toxins. Yes, the body does all the work, but what we put into our bodies makes all the difference. Consider caffeine and alcohol. These are both drugs that most people consume everyday. On the other hand, vegetables eaten daily contribute to a much more healthy body. This is common sense. But it may take your body some time to remove toxins, even if you eat a good diet.
So a detox is in order. I recommend the juice detox diet because it tastes great and provides your body with necessary vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Two to seven days of easy living, while drinking juice can make all the difference in the way you look and feel.
